Creative Marketing Associate

Location: Kochani (On‑site) • Type: Full‑time

We are looking for a creative, ambitious, and energetic person who truly understands social media, trends, and modern digital communication.

We’re not looking for a traditional “office marketer.”
We want someone with a strong sense for content, branding, and attention-grabbing ideas — someone who knows how to make a brand look modern, active, and recognizable online.

Your Role:

Creating ideas and content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Shooting and organizing short-form videos, reels, and promotional content
Following current digital trends and applying them to brand communication
Participating in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Coordinating with design teams, sales teams, and external collaborators
Helping improve the company’s online presence and brand image
Monitoring content and social media performance
Assisting with promotions, launches, and creative marketing activities

What We’re Looking For:

Creativity, initiative, and a strong sense of modern branding
Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends
Good eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling
Basic knowledge of photo/video content creation
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Positive energy, communication skills, and willingness to grow
Good command of English

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience with Meta Ads
Use Canva, CapCut, Adobe apps, or similar tools
Have previously created content or managed social media profiles
Understand viral content and short-form video trends
