Marketing Manager

Location: Kochani (On‑site) • Type: Full‑time

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand awareness.
Manage digital marketing activities (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, influencer collaborations).
Conduct market and competitor analysis, identifying trends and new growth opportunities.
Plan, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
Coordinate with sales, creative teams, and external partners (agencies, influencers, media).
Prepare and present marketing reports and KPI results to management.
Organize events, promotions, and PR activities.

You Have:

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns from concept to launch.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.
Creativity, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
